In another life Chris may have been a cruise director, for his greatest passion comes from interacting with customers as they come in for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Chris can usually be found “walking the floor” keeping an eye on operations while always finding time to sit for a minute to catch up with one of the “regulars”. For over 22 years, Chris has been involved with Ponzios, moving his way up the ladder from busyboy, to host, to night manager, and finally to that of partner. While earning his experience in the restaurant, Chris found time to attain a BA in marketing and finance from Philadelphia University. He is a graduate of Cherry Hill East High School and currently resides in Lumberton, NJ with his wife, Liz, and their two children. When Chris is not busy seating guests and keeping the servers on their toes, he spends his time participating in local politics. |
