My husband and I are both in the medical field and live in South Jersey. One day my brother visited us from Baltimore because he had 'something wrong with his foot' and could we look at it. After a week of being hospitalized for an infection he was discharged. When I went to pick him up I brought a Ponzio's strawberry cheesecake as a thank you to the hospital staff. About six months later my brother visited us again because he kept thinking about a nurse who took care of him when he was hospitalized. He wanted to try to meet her, so he went to the hospital. When he found her, her only memory of him was "you're the guy who gave us that awesome cheesecake". Well, twenty years, one marriage and two chidren later, a Ponzio's cheesecake is an important part of all family celebrations. In fact, we are not allowed in without it! As well, any family member hospitalized, whether local or Baltimore, always delivers that 'awesome' cheesecake to the hospital staff. Thank you Ponzio's for being an integral part of our family's memories!
