Did you know that all baked goods served at Ponzios are created on the
premises each day? And that in one year we make well over 300,000
cheese-rolls? (which is only a portion of the 35,000 POUNDS of cream
cheese we use each year). Our bakery runs 7 days a week, baking from
5am until 3pm, and is managed by our chef (and partner) John Fifis.
All our baked goods are made from scratch using the freshest
ingredients, including many fruits and vegetables that are part of the
Jersey Fresh program. Not only do we believe in serving the local
community we always try our best to give back to the community as well,
which is why we choose Springdale Farms as our top supplier of fresh
Jersey produce, located only minutes away in Cherry Hill, NJ.
While our bakery prepares many different cakes, cookies, breads and
pasteries, our most popular items are our delicious cheesecakes made all
year 'round, our pumkin pies (seasonal only) and our holiday cookie-trays.

rugulach, hamentashen, and of course our famous cheese rolls. Or if you
