We moved to Cherry Hill in 1972. The Schwartz family...Julian, Sylvia, Bobbie and Tammi.....it was a dream come true. Our realator took us to Ponzios for lunch before closing on our house. We were so impressed with the delicious culinary delights. The Schwartz family visited Ponzios at least once a week after that. Whenever there was something to celebrate, we went to Ponzios. We always saw friends and neighbors and just being there was such a comfort and we felt like we belonged. Julian and Sylvia are gone now....we lost them 2 years ago, but the very last place that my mom and dad ate at before they were too sick to go out, was Ponzios. I will always have a special place in my heart for this wonderful restaurant. I continue to eat and enjoy the treats at Ponzios and so do my children and soon I hope to bring my grandson or daughter into Ponzios. Three generations of Schwartz's have made Ponzios a big part of their lives. Thank you for the good times, the great cuisine, the laughs and the memories.
